“I struggled with the full dose of this product as it seemed to bring on bouts of acid reflux, even when taken with food. However a lower dose of 1 or 2 capsules per day reduces these issues and no doubt the nutrients are doing me the world of good! Overall no complaints about the quality, which seems very good.”
