“I have not slept in over 3 years (since having my daughter) and then this was recommended to me by a nutritionist. I was sceptic as I had tried magnesium to no avail BUT this formula is incredible!!!!! It must be super bioavailable because I am sleeping better than I did even before having a baby. I do take 4 capsules every day- 2 in the morning after breakfast and two in the evening 1-2 hours before bedtime. THESE WORK!!!! Thank you Wild Nutrition and Rosie Rayner!”
