“Started taking it for sleep and mental clarity. I thought it might help with my periods too but I have endometriosis (stage 4) so I wasn't too hopeful. I've now been taking it for around three months and the last two periods I've not taken a single painkiller! It's the only thing I've changed in my diet/lifestyle over that period. I'm absolutely delighted!”
