“I have only been taking these supplements just under a month now so it’s hard to give a constructive review. I generally like to try something for at least 3 months to form an opinion. That said, I like the service plus package and there have not been anything issue with the supplements making me feel nauseous even if taken on an empty stomach. I was initially getting some breakout on my face but that seems to have settled now.”

“I am finding taking Food-Grown Vitamin B12 capsules for only just over a week now has started to make a difference to the dip in energy levels I have been feeling. Having low immunity my energy levels can fluctuate, but I have found I am not having the mid afternoon tiredness I was. I’m so pleased. Easy to take and well packaged and also nice to know the glass jar is refillable. Will definitely keep taking.”

Depending on the daily dose, the quantity of the capsules will then differ depending on the product with a minimum of 30 capsules included.
