Dear Gerard, Thank you so much for reaching out, we are sorry to hear that you feel you overspent. Our Vitamin B12 is very different from most supplement brands on the market. We only use a food source B12 (most market sources are synthetic) and we specifically have produced a Vitamin B12 in the most biologically active forms - methylcobalamin and deoxyadenosylcobalamin. Most versions on the market use cyanocobalamin - which is much cheaper to produce but it's much harder for the body to use since it will need to convert it into the active forms. In fact, some people cannot absorb a non-active form such as cyanocobalamin at all, due to genetic variations in nutrient metabolism. We also never use fillers and binders like some brands do. By using a very pure and active form of Vitamin B12, you also do not need to use such a high dose, which is why ours is 500ug. I hope that helps to clarify but please reach out if you need anything else.

“I love the ethics behind this company and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave me lots of good advice. This is the only b12 I have found that comes packaged plastic free. The container is even recycled glass. Maybe one area for improvement would be to offer larger quantities. I bought 2 jars and they were both almost empty, it would save more packaging to instead have one jar with more tablets (and it would still not be half full).”
