“In theory this kit is great. The practical use isn’t so good. It’s incredibly heavy, I’m a small woman, it should still be ok. It’s not particularly well designed. The hose which attaches to the tap lacks proper storage, so is untidy. It’s very heavy and hard to pull the hose from the reel.
I bought this because I am disabled, thinking it would make using a hose more efficient, it doesn’t. Whilst the hose retraction device is good, the rest could be much improved.”
