We like to keep things simple and fair.
Every product from WLED comes with a 14-day returns and exchanges window, starting from the moment it’s delivered. So if you change your mind, or it’s not quite right, you’ve got time to sort it.
You’re also covered by a 2-year warranty, with the option to upgrade to 5 years for free, just for that extra peace of mind.
The only exception? Custom-length strips, anything we’ve cut or soldered specifically for you can’t be returned. They’re bespoke, made to your exact spec, so we can’t take them back.
