This fully adjustable IP44 PIR sensor features infrared motion detection with a 360° beam angle that can detect movement up to a 12m radius and switch any connected light on. Being IP44 rated, this is suitable for most outdoor environments such as gardens & driveways.
It also works perfectly with our range of standard LED floodlights. By only using your lights on when you need them, you will be making great savings on your lighting bills.
There is a variable time setting that can be set from 10 seconds to 7 minutes giving you plenty of control of how long you need. There is a maximum load of 1.2kw at 10 seconds of light to 300w for 7 minutes of illumination. For optimal coverage we recommend that the sensor is mounted 3m above ground level. At this level you can get 12m detection range.
These sensors are easy to install but if you are not 100% confident then we advise that you contact a qualified electrician to install it for you.
