With an energy consumption of just 4.5 watts, this GU10 80 LED is the perfect low energy replacement for your halogen GU10's. Bought 15 of these bulbs @ £5.44 each on 12/09/2017 after reading they had a 50,000 hour / 17 year lifespan thinking they would be a good long term investment, how wrong could I be as the first one gave up after just 6 months and the rest are slowly following suit, To date I have now replaced 8 in total so that is over 50% failure rate in 13 months so the chances of any of them seeing the advertised lifespan is worse than nil The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the ones that still work perform as well if not better than the old halogen bulbs they replaced ... I may have been unlucky and got a bad batch but not chancing buying anymore

I ordered some kit on the 28th of November with a stated delivery of 2-3 working days. Order arrived on the 4th of December with 3 items missing, phoned that morning and was asked to supply a photograph of what I had received which I did straight away. Heard nothing for 5 days so phoned on the 9th, and was told that it was being dealt with, phoned again on the 11th, same reply. It is now the 20th, 22 days after placing my order and still nothing. Shocking!

Came to collect heating panel and lights, after 2 texts, 2 phone calls saying they were in the shop. This is after I'd explained we were away and what day we would pick up the goods in the first telephone conversation; the woman said okay I'll put your name & what day you're coming. Ten minutes later a male voice from your office had no knowledge of colleague's call and said nothing was on our goods, that he would do it now. On the day we collected we were told someone had taken our panel & they would search for another for us. My builder was already wanting it that day. 2 days later builder said I'd bought wrong sized lights so I rang & woman said no problem after she'd checked at the warehouse that the right ones were in stock. I was to bring in the lights I had & they would give me address of warehouse to pick them up myself. Did all of this only to be given the same sized (wrong) lights again which we didn't check until home. Office said it wasn't their fault but called/alerted the warehouse I was coming AGAIN from the other side of town. The young man had not listened to my name or what we'd come for or my reference on that first occasion to their expecting us, having been called by the office just earlier, but simply looked at the old invoice on which the office man had written the warehouse address. Many people said sorry over several days but nothing made up for my Tuesday (before Xmas) being taken up by chasing around, sitting in traffic, nor the builder's feeling and mine that this company does not have joined -up thinking or practice.

1) I ordred expecting to get the 20% Halloween discount. When teh order arrived a week later I notice that all the prices advertised on their web site had dropped by 20% --this is pretty shady in my view. 2) Absolutely shocking service (although the customer service team promised the world - I think they were let down by there dispatch team). I was assured that I would have my order by the weekend (Ordered on Tuesday pm). Some or the parts arrived more than a week later (also with incorrect components) and it has taken me about 7 phone calls and over three weeks to receive my complete order.

They list items as 'in stock' when they aren't. I know, because I rang to find out why a light hadn't been dispatched after 10 days despite saying 'in stock' on the website. This accounts for the huge delays in getting orders out. If only they were straight about what was or wasn't in stock then its possible they'd be an ok company to buy from.

My purchase order 132327 was fulfilled nicely but wishing to extend the indirect lighting system supplied, I verbally ordered three extension strips " of the same specification" These were delivered and installed but these gave off a much more yellow light than those previously supplied. On closer examination of my order 133948 it appears that it is not of the same specification as previously supplied. I have been put to a great deal of inconvenience and hope you can supply my order correctly. I tried to Email a photo of the lighting to support@wied.co.uk but was informed that this is an invalid address. I tried to 'phone Sat. 14.45 but was put on hold for an interminable time.

They didn't. Cheap fittings. Dawn to dusk sensor squashes against lamp holder. Led lamps flicker every 20 seconds. Spoke to someone. Still waiting over a week for a call back

Product is fine, it's light bulbs. Problem is with delivery, having paid for 48 hour service had to wait nearly a week before receiving a delivery. So much for Royal Mail 48 hr. !!! Wouldn't bother again, sorry. Couldn't even trace the delivery .... poor as.

Unfortunately the bulb I was told to buy does not work with the appliance I named and described - this was despite my quoting precisely the details of the bulb I required and of the appliance. I have therefore wasted just over £9.00 on a useless bulb.

I never actually received the light fitting so have no idea how good or bad it is, their customer service however is poor leaving me hanging for days to find out whether I had cancelled or not. I finally bought the light fitting from Screwfix who did a bang up job.
