With this 300mm 1ft T5 LED Tube Light from Mirrorstone you’ll be able to illuminate your workstation, desk or indeed any small area you can think of! Highly energy-efficient, this 4W LED tube light will enable you to simply remove your old, inefficient fluorescent tube and fitment and connect the 240v AC power cable into the new tube. Each of our LED tube lights come complete with everything you’ll require to mount and connect them up to your existing electrical circuit. This particular LED tube requires just 4 Watts of electricity to produce 300 Lumens of brilliant light. This is less than 10% of the power necessary to run an equivalently bright fluorescent tube, which means your electricity costs will drop accordingly. It will also last a lot longer than that same fluorescent tube, which might have been expected to last for 7000 to 15,000 hours. At 50,000 hours, the worst you can expect from your LED replacement is to triple the fluorescent’s working life! This LEDs 300 Lumen output is the emitted in a wide 180° beam, which will give you a very evenly distributed spread of constant, non-flickering light; ideal for any type of installation. Introducing OMNIPower The new and improved OMNIPower range delivers a highly efficient tube light that brings incredible energy-efficiency. Delivering more lumens-per-watts than ever before, these have a wider beam angle to ensure that every last nook and cranny is lit to its fullest. Get The Right Colour It’s available in both Cool (6000K) and Warm (3000K) colour temperatures, so you’ll choose the lighting ambience according to your individual lighting requirements. Cool White is possibly the most popular choice for many people’s LED tubes as it’s a very close approximation of the fluorescents they’re used to. Bright and clinical, it’s ideal for functional spaces like the kitchen, office and bathroom. “More convivial and mellower” is the way to describe the Warm White, and it’s the favoured colour temperature for living spaces like the lounge and for the bedroom dressing table. So Many Types To Choose From! This 1-foot long LED tube will, as previously stated, be great for smaller spaces, but what if the area you want to illuminate is larger? No worries, because we have a huge variety of different lengths on offer. Yes, we have 2-foot, 3-foot, 4-foot and 5-foot T% LED tube lights, with outputs ranging from 450 to 1200 Lumens, and they’re all as energy-efficient as the featured model! We also stock a T8 range in similar lengths, although there’s an additional 6-foot model available as well. But Why Should I Switch To LED Lighting? Many people are now beginning to realise the cost benefits of switching to LED lighting to use as their primary source of artificial illumination....

This 4 watt LED gives out much more light than my previous 8w T5 fluorescent. The flexible lead is rather short and a length of 150mm would be more useful when connecting to a 240v supply via a junction box. When switched on, the light interferes with the FM signal on my mains radio. Otherwise very happy.

The light itself is great. Brighter than the fluorescence tube it replaced and cheaper in the long run. I purchased a 1' , 2' and 3' unit to replace under kitchen cabinet lights. The issue I have is that there are no instructions at all. It takes a while to work out which parts do what and whether you need all of them. Also , wiring comes with earth but not clear whether an earth is actually necessary as there do not appear to be any external metal components. So, a simple guide would help a great deal. On the website I suggest offering optional 3 wire connection blocks too.

Bought three sizes of LED to replace current tubes. Replacement was quick and easy. The wire to the units is VERY short as other reviewers have said.

the lights are very bright for the wattage, the only problem is they cause interference with FM radio frequency.
