Packed with 1m of our 60 x 5050 SMD single colour LED tape, and a 240V power supply, the convenience of this kit becomes apparent the moment you open it. Brought to you by industry leaders Mirrorstone, this LED tape uses just 14.4W of power – an equivalent incandescent would use 5 and a half times more energy. Low energy consumption doesn’t mean poor performance though – this strip light kit has a maximum brightness of 1020 lumens – exceeding the performance of most standard bulbs. This helps give you the most bang for your bucks. The investment in this strip light is especially worth it when you consider that it has a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours – comfortably giving you over 10 years of use. The 120o beam angle gives it incredible versatility – and that’s before we’ve got the bits you can customise. Equip It For Anything You Need With something as versatile as strip lights, there are going to be so many ways different people can use them. A cutting interval of 5cm opens up a whole new world of possibilities. Please note that if you do cut your LED tape down to size, you will not be able to return the kit under any circumstances. Please ensure adequate care is taken when cutting your strip lights. The narrow 10mm width means it will fit nearly all of our profiles. We would highly recommend our Recessed Aluminium Profile. The aluminium construction helps dissipate much of the heat generated by the LEDs and can extend the life of your strip lights by up to 50%, making it well worth the investment. Not only that, but this kit also comes with dimmable functions too, helping with energy saving and creating different moods. This function is dependent on whether you have the LED Single Colour Dimmer though. The dimmer ensures seamless compatibility. Finished in iridium black, the remote allows you to have full control over your strip lights, with on/off and dim up or down functions. A choice of 2 colour temperatures are open to you as well – with warm white (3000K) and cool white (6000K) making up the options. Warm white gives off a light very similar to that of traditional incandescent bulbs, and helps create a cosy feeling which is great for places like the living room or bedroom. Cool white is much brighter and gives off an icier shade. This makes it better for areas that need to be well lit such as the kitchen or office. Finally the strip lights also come with optional IP65 protection, allowing you to use them outside and get really creative with your lighting.
