A different feel to other electric toothbrushes, feels very soft and gentle when brushing but don’t be fooled it is very powerful. Noticed a difference in my teeth when using this brush with the intense whitening toothpaste after just 1 week.

Takes along time to charge at the beginning , does not say if it will flash when battery is low or just run out . works well clean mouth and teeth .

Really like the toothbrush although took some getting used to he sensation as it feels quite tickly to begin with. I would say that the only drawback is that you cannot tell how well charged the unit is, although it seems to last a long time on a single 24 hour charge I am worried that I will not be able to anticipate when it runs out. Not too sure I have seen a change to my whitening but it makes my teeth feel very clean which is what really matters.

Really fast delivery and great service. The travel case, extra brush heads and attachments make this excellent value for money. Teeth feel clean after use and the timer makes it very easy to ensure all sections of the teeth get adequate cleaning. Possibly just me but I can’t find instruction/guidance on how often the whitening head or interdental brush heads should be used which is the only small negative in an otherwise great purchase.

I'm what's known in the business as a laggard, the opposite of an early-adopter and, until 1 year ago, I was still using a manual toothbrush. I started using my wife's electric (rotary) toothbrush and was converted. I came across this N-1 in my search for a nano-hydroxapatite toothpaste because I grind my teeth and that leaves them highly vulnerable to staining; the stuff is supposed to fill in the scratches in the tooth enamel. As if £10 wasn't enough to spend on a tube of toothpaste, the January sale lured me into adding the toothbrush into my basket - nice up-sale, Whitewash folk! I really like the design and what comes in the box is more than enough to make you feel as though you've got your money's worth. Dare I say, it's conspicuously aimed at the female market and I'm not sure how many men would go for the white & gold combination. I don't need things to be black to make me feel like a man, however, and I genuinely like it: it's a clean design, the brush is ergonomic, light-weight, seems reasonably well put together and it's simple to use. The addition of the carry-case is a very welcome one and the packaging, although there's no mention of it anywhere in the literature, appears to be made from recycled (or recyclable) materials. In use, compared to a standard rotary electric toothbrush, it certainly takes some getting used to and I'm not sure I've adapted my style sufficiently enough yet. After a week of using it, I have to say I'm impressed. Thanks, I guess, to a soft brush head and the vibrating action (it tickles), my gums have thanked me for it, feeling much less battered. My teeth really do feel very clean and much smoother after a brush, although that could be, in part, due to the all singing-and-dancing toothpaste. The massage function is particularly nice on the gums. As to whether it lives up to its claims of being a whitening toothbrush, only time will prove (or disprove) this. The website and literature could do with a bit more technical info. about the toothbrush eg. how many times a minute does this thing vibrate? There's a lot of competition out there and this figure seems to be the one everyone quotes, so why not N-1? I'd also like to know MUCH more about its environmental credentials. At the full retail price of £125, I would certainly take much more time in researching other options. However, for the £50 I paid for the toothbrush (+ £23 for the extra heads and toothpaste), I'm very happy and can't recommend it highly enough. I prefer it to my wife's Oral B 2000: it's much gentler on my gums, my teeth feel cleaner, it's more comfortable in the hand, it's lighter, it's a much more attractive design and it even comes with a travel case! What's not to like?
