“Product is excellent, only advice is that warranty is invalid if product no fixed in place and there is no guarantee against damage to porcelain tiles when fixing down. Pergola fixed to patio by the installation team provided by white stores who cracked one of my tiles. In a no win situation as had to have it fixed down or void the warranty and take the gamble they didn't crack a tile.”

Took my wife and me ,3.5 hours could have been quicker but I did all the tool operations (wife was another pair of hands ,which you defo need and was appreciated) it such a quality product ,even down the fixing kit being in its own sealed plastic box with compartments for all the diff fittings and fixings,so from the start you get a feel of quality and this carries on thorough the installation ..instructions are fairly clear ,could be slight improved diagram wise if interested have done some
