“Amazing product it took 4 people to assemble only one small issue the Allen key I used to tighten the top bolts on the roof fell into the leg so please be careful when doing this as you would have already put the bases on the legs, so mine is stuck inside lucky for us they sent a second in the box really, loving the finished product . Love the way all the pieces to put together come in its own solid storage box. Amazing value for money solid frame adding extra items to mine bit by bit so not completed yet can not wait for the finished product will look amazing and last for years”

Even the packaging was great quality everything was perfect on delivery. Setting up took a while but was expected, nice clear instructions, all the parts were nicely stored away in a box, overall really impressed.
The fire table is a great addition and looks amazing up. I have had so many complement on both the pergola and table. I had previously orderd a pergola from another company that arrived damaged twice and the 2 cannot be compared quality wise. I am so glad I found the white stores and orderd the nova titan pergola instead.”

“Went to the store to see the assembled product and check the quality and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we went ahead and ordered. It was delivered within the given timeframe and we were kept updated. We did not attempt to assemble ourselves but used a local landscaper, and it took 2 young men ( first time ever a whole day to complete, despite the instructions stating approximately 2 hours for 2-3 people.”
“Ordered with a lead time and arrived within the date given. It was a couple of months till our garden was finished and we could erect the pergola. I was a little worried in case there was any damage or missing parts due the time that had passed. No fear, it was in perfect condition and all parts were present and correct. We were missing the instruction leaflet and one phone call to their Customer Service Department and it was emailed over before I’d even finished the call!
