“I needed a smaller Pergola to fit a specific area and was not disappointed by my decision. The Shadow Pergola is well made, needs basic DIY skills to assemble and only at one point did I need my wife to help out. I bought in the sale and delivery was speedy, result!
A pleasant surprise to find all the fixtures contained in their own box with spares!
If I had to make suggestions on how to improve they would be: 1) Sell or provide adjustment pads for siting on eneven ground - not all patio's are completely level. 2) A few of the images in the instructions are too small if you're not experienced in construction. 3) Add a small manufacturer plaque to the frame - in years to come people will forget where it was purchased when they come to renew or order spare markets. This will act as a marketing tool also!”
“Looks lovely in my garden,also adds a bit of privacy at the back of the garden.3 of us needed at first to assemble as 2 people couldn’t balance the 2 parts of the frame and attach the cross bar,as it claimed on the instructions.We are just working out how to drill the bolts into porcelain tiles,without cracking them! The finished result is gorgeous,have planted around and hope the when the plants mature,it will look even better.”
