“I enjoyed browsing through the Whistlefish website and was more than happy with the choices made ... I bought the loveliest of Chelsea Garden tea towels, an attractive memo pad, a pretty flowery tote bag and a gorgeous print of St Michael's Mount complete with white mount and frame, which was a reminder of a recent wonderful holiday to Marazion, Cornwall with fabulous views of the mount. Imagine my disappointment when the extremely large parcel arrived promptly but damaged, unfortunately caused by the courier company whilst the parcel was in transit. Jan at Whistlefish was super. Very efficient, very organised with Customer Support service second to none. The matter was sorted out at the Whistlefish end, the courier returning to take away the damaged print of St Michael's Mount within two days and a return print arrived safely within the following five days. I'm delighted with my purchase print, which has a slightly vintage, bygone era feel to it. I did swither about purchasing the St Ives print and may still do so yet. Needless to say I am very grateful to Whistlefish for resolving the matter and enabling me to enjoy my purchases to the full. Thank you. I'm only sorry that I didn't visit your gallery shop at St Ives as I would probably have bought much, much more so tasteful are your cards and gifts.”
