“I was initially disappointed with the mug, which is bigger and thicker than I expected for fine bone china, but it makes an excellent soup mug. However, it came with a flaw. I reported this and was informed I could either send the mug back, at my expense, for a refund or a replacement, or receive a 10% refund. Since I would not have bought it had I known about the flaw I thought this less than generous and am sad that my very high opinion of Whistlefish has been severely dented.”
