“Sadly mug arrived with hairline crack - only showed up when first used. Packaging likely insufficient to protect mug fully, maybe that needs looking into? Customer services were quick to offer a replacement, but decided against it as I wasn't confident the same thing wouldn't happen. Sadly although refunded cost of mug, I still ended up paying for the postage ... all in all a disappointment.”
