“The mugs were lovely but I bought ten in the tins and these arrived very poorly packed so the tins had clearly rattled about during transit and had been dented, two very badly. This made them less lovely gifts to give to friends holidaying with me in Cornwall. The company have not been very responsive despite my sending photos of the damaged tins. I'd also ordered a jute carrier which they said was out of stock in the colour I chose but I saw this in several of their shops while I was in Cornwall. Lovely products but terrible customer service.”

“Lovely mug with exactly the same picture as on the card. Makes me think of happy times when I drink out of it. The mug is good quality and comes up well in the dishwasher. It’s comfortable to hold and not heavy. Am pleased with it and would recommend.”

“Very well made, really good quality hand painted mug. It sits very comfortably in the hand, not very tall but wide enough to keep one standard cup of tea. I love it!”

“Mug looks lovely so I ordered another design as well as a present Sadly, no one bothered to tell me this mug was out of stock, and just sent one-not happy as if I'd known I could have chosen another design. Poor servuce”
