“please see above, we had the same problem. eventually after a short conversation with the young lady decided to send the prints both back - to which i was told i had to arrange the return. - we packed them up sent them back via - hermes (a joke and a definite learning curve in itself) - unfortunately one arrived damaged so i couldn't a refund for that one - i was then informed the refund was on the £37.50 print not the £75 print and that i would have to pay for the damaged one to be returned leaving me with the huge sum of £27 ish out of the original £122. - so i asked for them both to be returned - whistlefish did as a gesture of goodwill paid the £10 shipment fee. one very unhappy bunny - i certainly will not be darkening the doors of whistlefish again - which is a shame as we love the pictures and designs - it seems to be that the customer service team could do with a bit of empathy”
