“Lovely print however disappointed the 20% off on joining Whistlefish does not count on art frames. Also despite advertising free deliverg for spending over £50 this does not apply to art frames. The picture arrived with the glass broken and despite many attempts to contact customer services by phone, online form and email, it was 4 days later before I heard from them. Picture had to be sent back before a replacement could be sent. Plus it meant needing to be at home for item pick up and delivery as there was no option to collect it from somewhere ... so not easy when you don't work from home. Raised all of rhe above with customer services who frankly weren't interested. Won't be shopping online with Whistlefish again”
