“Cannot believe you are asking me to write you a review,You delivered the framed print to me twice both times the frame was smashed, insufficient packaging to protect the frame, I asked for you to send me just the print and I would buy a frame, which you did , I was a unable to get a suitable mount, so spoke to you about this and you agreed to provide me with the mount, supplied you with the size frame, explained once again this was for a 50th birthday present, and needed it ASAP you assured me I would have it by the weekend, that was last week it still hasn't arrived. Birthday has been and gone. Really disappointed with your company, will obviously not use again”
