“Ordered the picture and paid for it expecting it to arrive in time for a birthday present , money was taken 2 days after the order , after the picture failed to arrive after 2 weeks I phoned the help line and was told a load of guff , waited another 2 weeks and rang again , the person on the phone was to put it mildly offhand , so after 4 weeks it finally arrived and a lovely picture it is to , I will use Whistlefish again but go direct to the shop .”
