“The print itself was beautiful but the hanger on the back of the frame was positioned wrongly to one side which made the picture hang down on one side and the only way to make this right was to blue tack the picture to the wall which I didn't expect to do with a new print. I did tell whistlefish about this before leaving this review but received an email without any apology and was told I would have to package the parcel up and stay in for an entire day up to 6pm (which I cannot do as I work) or leave the package outside at my own risk ( this would more than likely be stolen left beside a road all day)!! This is not an adequate resolution to this issue when the issue is a manufacturing fault I am afraid.”
