“I ordered this canvas and it was delivered very quickly. Bought it for my dad for his birthday to remind him of the lovely holidays he spent in St Ives with my mum. He loved it.”

“I ordered this canvas art at the end of August and it has still not been delivered. I have rang customer services multiple times and have been told I will be contacted about a new canvas being sent out and I have received no contact since. I am really upset as this was meant to be a birthday present for my mum and the money was taken out of my account very quickly but I have not had anything delivered for months. I am really disappointed as I absolutely love visiting the Whistlefish store in St Ives but I have not received the same quality customer service online or on the phone.”

“I ordered this canvas for my daughter who was visiting from Australia and made particular arrangements by phone, with you, to have it delivered on a particular day. I phoned to ask for this to happen and was assured it would arrive on the day I requested. The apron was also to go with this gift. Sadly, somehow, the despatch from you didn't happen when I asked for it, so after I phoned to complain, it arrived two days later. That meant we had to stay in to wait for it, and that meant we could not go out and do something we particularly wanted to do on that day. Nothing wrong with the product which is beautiful - but something went badly wrong with the delivery.”
