“I contacted customer service as i was disappointed upon opening the packaging. I presumed they would be framed with the smooth shiny white frames that are on the prints in the shops and on all my other prints purchased through Whistlefish. I was informed that the rough painted white would frames were described online, so you need to read, which apparently I didn't. I also commented that there was no 'hmcole' or 'Big adventure' written on the prints, which they are on my others, apparently it's the artists choice, why has she suddenly stoped doing This? Normally over the moon with my purchases, not this time, sorry.”
