“A good present of a gift token much enjoyed by the recipient but a little tricky to get it organised and sent from the webb site for someone who isn't familiar with ordering on line.”

“I was very unimpressed with this. I was asked for this for my sister as a present. I'd never give one of these again by choice. I had to ask support even for where on the site they were. Then I had to fill out a shipping address. It turns out these are email only. So I had to dig out the physical address for nothing. Then the vouchers were emailed to me (my email address) and addressed to my wife (who paid for it). Support, again, said this is normal, just forward them on. So my sister got two forwarded emails from my email account addressed to my wife as a present. What a mess. Scruffy and poorly organised. They worked (I'm told) which is the only thing keeping this out of zero stars.”

“Online gift voucher didn't arrive by email and after phoning up, I had to have code sent in separate email. Doesn't specify that online voucher can only be redeemed online - subsequently found this in the FAQ but only after being told in store that this was the case!! Seems to me unfair that you send someone a voucher and then they have to pay postage on the present because of not being able to redeem in store - if they indeed wished to purchase online then that would be their choice for p&p.”

“You have fantastic items etc on your website that are a fair price. My experience of ordering online gift vouchers was not easy. It took three emails and a telephone call to not only chase up both the orders, which were a week apart but then a phone call to query why I had received my first order twice and not my second order. I will be hesitant to order online again which is a shame because I’m local and like to support local businesses plus your products are good.”

“I have still not received my email voucher. I have emailed whistlefish who did apologise and give me the voucher code and said that my voucher would be sent. But still not arrived. Disappointed as I wanted to give the voucher to my parents as a present.”
