“As per previous mail sent regarding this card. I placed an order for another Easter card but when I completed the order your system placed the order against this card instead. I tried to cancel the order by sending messages but no one read them. I tried contacting by phone but no phone number. The order was sent & I had to return the unwanted cards at a cost to me of £6. Whilst your company returned the original cost of £8, I still had to pay a 2 way postage fee. I must say in this instant I was very disappointed with Whistlefish as I have used your company several times before. I hope this is a one off experience. I would suggest that your company opens a phone line for customers or at least read e mails sent regarding orders as this would have clearly flagged up the issues with this order prior to shipping & avoided the extra costs to me.”
