“It wasn’t the card that let me down it was the lack of empathy in the customer service, I received an email stating that if I spent £20 I would get a free tea towel. I thought I did but when I called customer service they said that the stamps I purchased were not on the deal. I would have spent another amount to get the free gift but I wasn’t given the option. Very disappointed with Whistlefish.”
