“Appalling. Not all of the cards were in there, been trying to get the missing item sent out for over 5 weeks now, customer services are shocking, eventually accepted a refund - the refund was for 20 pence. 20 British p. Are you joking? Goods not as advertised, consumer rights is not something this company have heard of.”
