“The whistlefish products are beautiful and I’m a repeat buyer. Reason for rating is that some of the envelopes were imperfect in my package and bent at the corners. No major issue I can live with this but I did ask for a replacement envelope for a wedding card as I wanted it to be perfect. Days after emailing I’m asked to provide photos & I’m still waiting. I bought about 40 cards in this order do they really need to go through this much for a single envelope. I have enough admin in my life & don’t need this amount of effort. As I said at the start I love the Whistlefish products.”
