“Quality of card is excellent as always. Reason for the low score is due to poor customer service after my purchase. I was expecting to receive a free tin having spent over the designated £25. However, it was not automatically added to my basket. Apparently this needs to be done by the purchaser before submitting the order. Despite being a loyal customer making purchases on line and endorsing the Whistlefish brand, the customer services refused to send me the complimentary tin. It really was not about having a freebie, but their attitude towards a loyal customer. At this moment in time I shall not be making any further purchases as I feel let down by this company and have no desire to support them in the future.”
