“I am happy with the designs of pretty much all the cards I ordered. However, about 6 months ago I phone to check if you still use plastic wrap around your cards and was told you had changed to paper. I was very frustrated to find every card individually wrapped in plastic. I don't see why the cards have to be wrapped separately surely 1 protective wrapper around all the cards together would be fine. I won't order again until you can guarantee the cards are not individually wrapped in plastic.”
