Excellent wheelchair to use. Extremely comfortable and having pneumatic tyres on the back and suspension on the front, you don’t really feel the usual uneven pavements. Speed is perfect but top speed gets a bit of getting used to. Folding and unfolding is relatively easy. Has a bit of weight to it but this makes it sturdy and safe. Would highly recommend the Pride i-Go Plus.

I was really surprised how good this chair is, originally experienced it as an emergency short term hire, when I found myself withour a powerchair for a trip to London, it was very comfortable and was great to handle. I found it managed dodgy kerbs a breeze. Added to this the ability to hoist it out the car and in one swift action open up the chair, has taken away the stress of assembling my previous chair. I have gone on to purchase a chair I was so impressed. Thank you Wheelfreedom for fantastic customer service

Very disappointing experience with the I-Go +. Delivered with two flat tires - rapidly sorted within 3 hours but inadequate pre delivery checks. Nearly chopped a finger off putting the arm down - very poor design which will trap fingers if you do not hold the arm far anough forward - difficult to tell when you are reaching backwards. Despite the manual consisting mostly of risk management warnings this is not mentioned. Multiple other areas where there are sharp edges to bolts which could easily cause minor injury, so overall poorly finished from a safety point of view. Only 4 weeks after delivery the arm carrying the controller flopped totally backwards and sheared off a bolt. Prompt reaction from Wheelfredom but solution pending. No seat height adjustment. Seat cushion very thin and unsuitable for long term use - most purchasers will rapidly need to replace this with something more comfortable and thicker. Quite difficult to manoeuvre into a car boot for one person as borderline too heavy. On the plus side handles well, although when turning the front wheels come out beyond the overall width of the chair and manoeuvring through narrow spaces and doorways can be challenging. Does the job well but the number of safety and quality issues should not be expected on a purchase costing over 2 thousand pounds.

Brilliant and exactly what I had in mind the only one draw back is I would of preferred puncture proof tyres even though know it will slightly affective feeling and comfort but the peace of mind of never having to worry about a flat tyre would over come that
