The manufacturers should be more realistic in that many people will be well below the maximum weight for the chair and, if they are, make some means to enable hanging shopping on back of the chair - otherwise one of it's key user needs is defeated.

This is my first powerchair, chosen after much research. And i'm glad to say that it has exceeded my expectations! The obvious highlight is it's narrowness - we had to make a few modifications (ie door widths) to our home but nowhere near as many as we feared. The centre-wheel drive really helps to prevent me from taking chunks out of the walls and furniture! I've been surprised at how much I've used the rise and tilt as well. The 'rise' keeps me at eye-level so I'm still in the conversation as well as helping with mundane tasks like making cups of coffee at the right height for getting at all the bits. The 'tilt' makes it so much easier to read a book or take a nap anywhere I park. It is robust too... we took mine to India without mishap! My wife agrees it has given me a new lease of life with its flexibility too. I really can't think of anything I would like to change or add!

Very pleased with this chair, battery lasts longer than expected even when used at high speed. Small front wheel sticks a bit on larger kerbs, but there's more than enough torque to overcome the bump. Accessories high quality. Handles aren't removable - some people can't resist hanging on to them.
