“The Knee Scooter meant I could get around London's complex Transport network with relative ease. The scooter gets people's attention early and makes for good travelling as those around you will be aware of the fact you're currently partially disabled. The other thing about the Knee Scooter that I really liked is that no matter where you stop, you will have a place to sit and rest. The brakes are good and the scooter can even go both up and down escalators because of the brake locks. It is compact but strong, able to fit into elevators. The shopping mall security couldn't really stop me from doing my thing on the knee scooter which made for some amusing moments.”

“It's one of the best things around when you can't put one foot on the ground after having an operation , it gives you your freedom back .”

“The knee scooter was my salvation after having had foot surgery that meant I was unable to put the foot to the ground for two months and not put weight on it for a further two months after that. I started with a wheelchair and moved to the scooter which gave me more freedom.”
