“This wheelchair was ideal for my needs and the hire cost is very reasonable. What impressed me the most was the customer service. All of the people I spoke to were so helpful, had a great phone manner, nothing was too much trouble and the service was efficient and well organised. If and when I need to hire a wheelchair again I wouldn't hesitate, I would definitely come back to wheel freedom. I never write reviews but this was well worth taking the time to do so.”

“Only used for limited occasions when on holiday. it was light, easy to fold/unfold, easy to push. Didn't self propel. The main thing I noticed when using it - was the unmannerly attitude of many members of the general public.”

“Excellent service. Easy to book by phone, friendly and helpful staff, efficient delivery and collection service, wheelchair in excellent condition and easy to use. No complaints from adult using it and easy to manoeuvre. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
