“We have had some good venison, but the last packet we opened had what I think as an abnormal amount of fat in it. We oven cook it the day before we use it and then leave it in the fridge overnight until it is used the following day”

“Very good diced venison which made a lovely casserole. The meat which was not to strong or "gamey" was cut into decent size pieces with nothing to trimmed off. The delivery and packaging could not be faulted. Excellent all round.”
