“I needed a replacement screw for my TLD helmet. Found a number of places that did a 3 pack for £10. Ordered from Westbrook and only 1 screw arrived. Now fair enough when I checked the website it only said 1 screw but was the same price as 3 elsewhere. I sent them an email asking about their price promise. No reply after a week so I called. They said they couldn't match the price, so what is the point of a price promise?! 2 stars cos the order was delivered ok; but overpriced, no response to email and a price promise that is worth nothing.”

“Tiny screws but play a big part in holding the visor on! Wish I'd realised they came with 3 in a packet (makes sense and is really obvious now) as I ordered 3 packets but two other family members also have the same helmet so I suppose they'll need them at some point.......great and fast service from Westbrook though and they seem to be one of the few places that stock Troy Lee spares”
