Ok...so you have BB30, PF30* (Please See Note Below) or a Specialized OSBB frame, but you need to run a Shimano crank? No worries. Our Praxis Works Conversion BB is just what you're looking for. Made to fit in either BB30 or PF30 frame, the conversion BB is designed to be rock solid for a Shimano** Hollowtech II crank to be installed in your frame. * Praxis Bottom Bracket Converters are available for both 68 and 73mm shell sizes. The converter works with either BB30 or PF30. To fit the converter to a BB30 frame, please remove the plastic sleeve (tube). To fit the converter to a PF30 frame, please fit the converter with the plastic sleeve (tube). **Designed for Shimano™ 24mm Hollowtech II cranks.

“The Praxis PF/BB 30 seems to be an ellegantly designed and engineered solution to creaking press-fit bottom brackets. The machining is excellent and fitting is straightforward without the need for special tools or excessive force. Bearings appear to be quality items. My opinion is that press-fit has no place on a bottom bracket but Praxis has provided a sound engineering solution.”

“At last the bb30 creaking has gone thanks to Praxis, and now got my Ultegra chainset back on. I made a press out of 12mm studding, washers and studding connection bolts(all from Wickes less than £12).”
