I have used this Tuba for many times now and I can say that it is great. I have no complaints whatsoever. I find it great for marches because of its low weight. Great Tuba highly recommended

I ordered a TB330 Junior Tuba “Imp” as designated on the website but labeled as the Overture by the engraving on the bell. Tracking information was sent, and the tuba arrived on schedule. The packaging was first rate with no damage occurring during shipment. I am foremost a euphoniumist, and this tuba is intended for use when I have to cover tuba parts which is a frequent occurrence. The smaller size of this instrument is perfect for a euphonium or trombone doubler. I found the workmanship of the instrument to be excellent. It has a good sound, and only requires slightly more air than a euphonium. My only complaint has been the care required to keep from cross threading the valve caps when oiling the valves. This is the same problem I have experienced with my Wessex Festivo euphonium. However, for the overall quality of the instruments at this price point, I am willing to be patient with that shortcoming. Wessex provides quality instruments at reasonable prices.

I am the Director of a nonprofit organization, STARTS (SupportTheARTS), that supports band, classroom music, chorus, theatre and visual arts programs in our local schools. I play euphonium and during the past 12 months we have purchased Wessex BBb Junior 'Imp' (student) - TB330 Laquer tubas for 3 of the 9 elementary band programs in our public school system. This 3/4 size quality tuba is responsive, compact, lightweight, in a sturdy case with rollers and very affordable making it an ideal instrument for young players.

I teach band at a small charter school and needed a school tuba for my students to use. Compared to both of the tubas (Jupiter 3/4 and Yamaha 4/4) that we had been borrowing, the partials seem to slot much more securely than on the other 2. Intonation is excellent out of the box and the build quality seems to be quite sturdy - we will see how it holds up over time. I definitely plan on buying another one once my school's funding allows for it.

A great little tuba, which is suitable for even experienced players looking for a light BBb with its excellent intonation and playing characteristics!

The mouthpiece provided proved to be a very good choice for this horn. Found it to be very stuffy and poor response in the lowest end. Seems to be well put together and should work well for young beginning players.
