“The stand is excellent in most respects. Convenient, stable, and dependable. The linkage under the top pad is not the best technology. It comes loose and I'm just going to weld it on there. This will scrifice a tiny bit of adjustability, but I can't afford for it to fall off randomly, which it could do. The lower shaft adjusts and fixes in place beautifully.”

“I had to wait quite a while for this stand to come back instock, so don't hesitate if you're thinking of getting one. It has given me and my very heavy B&S "Neptune" a new lease on life. This tuba was killing my left leg, and it was a lot of work to play. The new stand is making it much less work. I tried several other ideas, including a DW drum kit seat. They all had their quircks in the usage of them. This is real deal.”
