The 'Dolce' arrived in perfect condition...hats off to those who packed it for shipping. The very first note sounded amazing. Of course, the next step was to wash it thoroughly and lubricate it carefully, which I did again two weeks later. I am a trombonist, and play tenor and alto trombones, and now the euphonium, with the same rim size for each of them. The cup changes. I am enjoying this 'Dolce' and am giving it a good daily workout. Lovely instrument!

Looks amazing. On the heavy side. Plays well for the price.

Our grandson has just started university, majoring in music. This Wessex euphonium was recommended by his professor because he said that Wessex produced high quality instruments at reasonable prices. Our grandson will use this 4-valve instrument that he requires for university to replace his current 3-valve Yamaha one that he had for high school. Your delivery time was faster than we could have expected. Thank you very much.

I love the sound, intonation, and feel of my Wessex Dolce!! It is a truly world class euphonium, compares well to the other name brands that are far more expensive, and allows me to perform at me best! I highly recommend the Wessex Dolce. Michael J. Plake

I've had my Wessex Dolce EP100 for about a year now. I think it's a great horn for my purposes...I play at church in a 5 piece brass choir and at a local community band. This horn is much heavier than my last 3 valve German type baritone. and takes much more air to play than I am used to. I am not a professional musician and not a very talented one at all. I just enjoy playing in the groups mentioned above. This horn plays very well and is a great price for the quality of the horn, in my opinion
