“Item arrived very quickly. The instructions were simple at best, confusing at worst; each step took several attempts before being completed successfully. Do not trust the measurements given in the instructions, always measure for yourself. That said, I am very happy with the end result. I was worried the hardware would not be able to support the load of the bins (it worryingly shifts in places when weight is first applied) but it has performed very well so far.”
“Compared to our old pull out bin we find this one a little stiff currently (hopefully it will loosen up) it was quite fiddly to put together. Good enough for what we needed. Would have been nice if each separate bin had a carrying handle.”
“Installation instructions were extremely poor. The install of this doesn't take into consideration the weight of the door itself, which in my case was a standard Ikea door front, but the weight of it drags the height of the door down in relation to the Wesco frame it sits on so it doesn't align properly. The adjustment screws that affix the brackets of the door to the tray are of poor quality, and of you tighten them up then loose only a few times the thread wears away. I had to replace with 4 nuts and bolts either side, which is what they should have had in the first place.
It was a total pain to install and takes so much fiddling and adjustment afterwards. Poorly designed and not particularly well made for the price.”
“Good value for money, and product itself is pretty good. The door isn't super fixed to bin, I'd prefer something so secure it's rigid but it serves purpose sufficiently. We're intending to renovate our kitchen in a few years so hopefully we can make it fit more exactly then. Also, clearer instructions would be a plus.”
