“Bought this as a previous coloured, illuminated mains powered station was poorly illuminated and difficult to read in sunlight. This one, despite being just black/white LCD is similarly disappointing to see in sunlight.”

“This is a very fine piece of equipment. Except for the Frankfurt VLF radion link (which I am happy to leave telling Central European time) it set itself up here in eastern England within minutes of installing the batteries. The same is true of the weatherproof external tenperature and humidity sensor. Both technically and aesthetically these are all I would expect from the German tradition design and manufacture. It is good to read that it comes from the former DDR too.”

“The weather station is working well the onkly comment i would make that i found the initial setting up to ok me some time to implement the instructions.”
