In regards to the benefits, you might benefit from taking a slight break from the product for a few weeks, as in some rare occasions, there might be a slight tolerance build to the botanicals. “A few weeks after starting the tablets I was amazed t the difference. I was suffering insomnia, brain fog, overheating and a lot more. I would go to bed and lie away for anything from couple hrs to the hole night, I was permanently exhausted. Since finding Feel I sleep at least 7 hrs a night, usually fall over 10 to 15 mins. Brain fog cleared, less clumsy and forgetful, which could all be due to better sleep. Thing I wasn't expecting to also see improvement in my skin and nails, an added bonus.”

“Been using feel menopause for some time now and i can honestly say they have changed my life... i have no symptoms apart from a hot flash now and again if I drink alcohol but other that nothing. I would very highly recommend these. Complete lifechanger 5*”
