“I've been taking Feel Menopause for around 7 weeks and what a difference. One tablet in the morning and one at night. My hot flushes have reduced significantly in the past 2 weeks and if I do have one it is less fiery, sometimes I have none. Night sweats have pretty much gone and I'm sleeping so well, not waking up several times in the night like I used to, my energy levels are up and I generally feel brighter in mind. Overall feeling fab. I'll keep taking it and will see how the next month goes. Thank you x”

“I have used feel menopause for almost 3 months now and although I didn’t see immediate results I can definitely feel some benefits now. I had been taking a combined hrt tablet but stopped after 2 years. I gave myself a six weeks or so break before starting feel menopause. The hot flushes/night flushes are definitely better. I would say to anyone thinking about trying it to give it a go but to allow yourself at least 3 months before deciding whether or not it’s working for you or not.”

“I was taking HRT but it wasn't working for me so I switched to feel. So far no hot flushes and mood is stable. Feel a lot more relaxed and anxiety is under control. I would recommend giving these a go.”

“I’ve been taking feel menopause for about 5 months now and feel so much more mentally and emotionally balanced. My energy has improved and I only notice poor sleep (hot and wide awake) a few days before my period is due. I’m perimenopausal.”
