“Everyone is always plugging HRT. Whenever I mentioned hot flashes or night sweats people would ask me incredulous are you not on HRT? Never got on well with the pill, or the coil so I’ve always been reticent to start HRT. I came across Feel menopause as an alternative and decided to try it. It does take awhile I think to feel the effects and I have been on it for quite some time now but I really feel like it’s making a difference. My night sweats have disappeared and I hardly have any hot flashes. I really recommend trying it”

“I've been using this supplement for about four months and I can honestly say I feel better. Less foggy and all together more level hormonally, the only thing that has not completely gone are the hot flushes. They have definitely lessoned in heat and time but not left totally, however this may improve the longer im taking the supplement. Im am very happy to have found this and will continue to use and possibly add to with a separate supplement further down the line, such as collagen. Thank you feel for making me feel better.”
