“I'm 49 and started taking Feel Menopause as a natural alternative to HRT, which I took briefly but didn't like. I've been on Feel Menopause for 9 months now and couldn't do without them. They make me feel calmer, and have definitely reduced some of my peri-menopausal symptoms including my anxiety, hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia. I've felt the brain fog lift and my concentration is much better as well as feeling overall just more hormonally-balanced. The subscription plan is affordable and there are some great rewards”
