“I've been taking the capsules for three months now and to be honest I've yet to notice a difference in my symptoms, I'm still getting my flushes, I'm going to carry on taking them until I get to six months and if there is no improvement I'll stop.”

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you did receive the benefits you were looking for. Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months. Everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Given your current situation, we'd like to offer a suggestion that might help alleviate your symptoms. We recommend increasing the dosage to a maximum of three capsules daily for a couple of weeks and then monitoring your response. You can try taking two capsules in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with or after food. “I have been taking Feel menopause for a few months now and was very sceptical at first as I've tried other supplements with no joy,,so I have been very pleasantly surprised and happy to find that it does exactly what it says on the tin. I have noticed a big reduction in hot flushes and hardly get any now,,my moods,and energy have improved too. The memory still has a long way to go but we can't have it all lol. I will continue to take this for the foreseeable future,,a very happy customer. ☺️”
